01.) Why would I consider paying good money for Purple Pebble’s Cuddle Mat pet bedding when I already get perfectly fine towels, blankets and comforters for free?
Remember the saying “There’s no Free Lunch?” When you add up the time spent washing, drying, and replacing the “free” bedding, and the time your staff may be spending with the laundry, you might see why the term “free” is really not accurate.

Cotton towels, blankets and comforters will not keep dogs dry, nor will they protect against bacterial formation. Further, cotton bedding can act as an irritant on dogs with sensitive skin or skin allergies. 05.) I am concerned about the light color. How well do they clean up?
The color is really not an issue, as they are stain-resistant and easy to wash and dry.
06.) Can I use bleach or “sanicycle” to disinfect?
You can use a little bleach, although it can cause discoloration on occasion and is not advised. Do not use sanicycle or high heat, as it will break down the fiber.
07.) How quickly do Cuddle Mats dry?
They are almost dry by the end of the wash cycle and require minimal time in the dryer on low heat. This is actually one of the unique, money-saving benefits of this product.

15.) How long will it take to get my order?
Orders of less than 10 units will typically ship within 1-3 days from the date the order was placed. Orders of between 10 and 60 Cuddle Mats will typically ship within two weeks from the date the order was placed. Orders of between 60and 120 units will typically ship within 3 weeks from the date the order was placed. Turn around on orders of 120 units+ will be determined on an individual basis. Major Holidays may affect lead time on all orders.
16.) What is your return policy?
Purple pebble will replace product for material or manufacturing defects ONLY. All sales are final.
