Returns & Exchanges - Products for Humans

UV-C Products:

Unused Product: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer 100% refund. If product is new and does not meet your expectations, simply email sales@purplepebble.com within 15 days after purchase, let us know which product/s you wish to return and whether you would prefer a full refund or an exchange. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and issue your 100% refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Please include either copy of the receipt or a note with your name and order number.

Used Product:

You may return or exchange any UV-C product for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, however, you will be responsible for return shipping cost. Product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging. Simply email sales@purplepebble.com within 15 days after purchase, let us know which product/s you wish to return and whether you would prefer a full refund or an exchange. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and issue your 100% refund or exchange within 10 business days. If you choose to use our shipping label the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you may use your own shipping method with tracking.

Depending on where you live, delivery time for exchanges will vary.

Once return is received confirmation will be sent via email. Then, after the item is inspected you will be notified of either approval or rejection of refund/exchange request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Time it takes for credit to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund in the expected amount of time, first check your bank account again. If it is not there then contact your credit card company as there is processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@purplepebble.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. There are No refunds on sale items.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Email sales@purplepebble.com within 15 days after purchase and let us know which item/s you wish to exchange for the same or different item. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and issue your 100% refund or exchange within 10 business days. If you choose to use our shipping label the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you may use your own shipping method with tracking.
