Shipping & Delivery

We want you to have our products right away and are committed to shipping as quickly as possible!  Orders typically ship within a week from the date they are placed.*   LEEDZ® orders are shipped 2-day priority USPS. If you require quicker service on LEEDZ® or want expedited service on Bedding or Toys, please let us know at the time the order is placed so that we may do our best to accommodate you.

In the event that an item is back ordered you will be notified and given the option of accepting a partial shipment.

Please note that BEDDING and TOYS are shipped separately from LEEDZ®; the former are sent via FEDEX Ground and the latter are shipped via USPS.

* Lead time on “Volume” orders is determined at the time the order is placed.  We will notify you if your order falls in this category.

Standard shipping rates from USPS for LEEDZ and FEDEX Ground for Bedding and Toys apply anywhere in the continental US.

Canada and International Orders

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available upon request and will be quoted in according to standard expedited shipping rates.

GUARANTEE
Purple Pebble fully guarantees all of its products against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Returns/Exchanges:
In the event that you have a Purple Pebble product with a defect in material or craftsmanship, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may promptly send a replacement, or credit your account as necessary. Replacements and credits are issued at our discretion.

Product, in new, resalable condition, may be exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned in condition other than specified, or later than 90 days from the date of purchase, will not be accepted nor will credit be issued.  Freight must be prepaid; Purple Pebble does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
